Bold and bright KK #6

The challenge at Kenny K this week is bold and bright. I wanted to use this image for last weeks challenge, but alas time ran away with me and I didn't get round to it. Anyway here it is for this week, I think its bright enough I used SU melon mambo and regal rose c/s the ribbon is from my stash (think it maybe K and Co) , shes coloured with promarkers and I've added some bling at the bottom! Not sure about dp as it was in my oddments box :)
been uniform shopping today....what a mare! And it cost a fortune (I'm kitting out 3 now!) Laura is getting so picky... After we spent a good hour at the library browsing, I love that. I managed to get my hands on a Glee cd Woohoo! Embarassing mums here I come lol!!!

Music to make you smile!

I so love this image. Its a Kenny K and shes called "Star". I'm using her for the new challenge at passion for promarkers as their challenge is "Music". I've coloured with promarkers and used Basic grey Eva. The roses are from wild orchid crafts.
We've had a busy day today and on our travels we were listening to the Foo Fighters and Jamie sang one of the songs all the way through.... that made me smile today. What music made you smile today??

Kenny K #4 on the dark side and a PFP sketch

Well its been a while since I blogged :) We've been away camping in Wales for a few days and had some great family time and me time...(been reading The Host by Stephanie Meyer- loved it!) So its nice to get back into a bit of crafting. I love these new Gothik Angelz from Kenny K and have jumped in to make this card using Bodacious Bev and the sketch from Passion for Promarkers. She is of course coloured with promarkers, and I've used card and Dp from SU, theres a bit of Martha, rik rak and lace from stash and beautiful roses from Wild orchid crafts. The leaves are punched and embossed with an xcut punch.
On a different note we've been into town today, me and Laura she has had her ears pierced and so to feel the pain with her I've had my nose done again! (Seriously feeling like a big kid at the moment especially when DH keeps shaking his head at me lol!!)
So I'm entering this card into Kenny K crafyt girlz challenge and Passion for promarkers.

Kenny K #2 & PfP #61

I've whipped this card up quick this morning as I already had the image coloured. She's called Star and from Kenny K. I'm going to enter her into 2 challenges, I followed the sketch on the Kenny K krafty girlz challenge blog and distressed the card to enter her into the passion for promarkers challenge too :)

My papers are SU cottage wall and pale plum card. Flowers are from wild orchid crafts and punched border is my new Martha (thanks Paul xxx)

anyway gotta dash jobs to do I have a massve ironing pile (whats new??) and washing to put out :( bluh...

Phew... I'm whacked!

What a busy day!
This morning was sports day in nursery and my job was to turn the skipping rope for a few skips and jumps...its beginning to ache now!
I've also ironed 13 shirts yuk! belonging to DH and 7 of DD's.
I called in at mums to pick up some blackcurrants to make some jam but as I was getting stuff ready I realised I didn't have enough sugar, so thats my job tomorrow afternoon.
This card I have made for the new Kenny K challenge blog and the theme was pastels. I've used SU orchid oppulance , sage green card and cottage wall dsp. I've stamped around the edge with the swirly stamp from whimsical wings. The Kenny K image is called Miss Thang and shes coloured with promarkers.
I 've also used the sketch from Friday Sketchers.
