Fab weekend!

Ok , so it was Ollie's birthday ages ago but I forgot to share the card I made for him. It uses a treat cup out of the mini catologue and I've filled it with millions, Ollie's favourite. (Did you know they do these millions in colours that match the SU colour families!!! So far I've found purple- perfect plum, cola- ruby red, pink- pretty in pink and blue- tempting turquoise! )
I've also used the monkey from fox and friends, the branch from the 2 step bird punch and sweet pea papers.
We've had a super weekend. Jamie was in a football tournament on Saturday, the weather was great so we took a picnic while we watched them play. Everyone came back to ours and we all took part in a karoke competition!!! (My poor neighbours!)
Then this afternoon they had a game of lads v dads which they all thoroughly enjoyed...Paul insists it doesn't hurt...yet!
Anyway I'm off I have sooo many jobs to do :) Tfl x

Gift set for Mum

I made these matching card and tote for my mum's birthday which is today! Happy birthday mum!
the tote is a Lauren Meader template and I've used pale plum and perfect plum cardstock. The stamp set is vintage vogue and I've used the very vintage wheel on the pale plum as a background. The bird , of course is the 2 step bird punch and I've added some gorgeous white satin ribbon to finish it off.

A little bird house..........

She has posted a great tutorial for these little houses on her blog. I have used rose red card stamped with the polka dot background stamp in whisper white craft ink. The papers on the roof are from the sweet pea pad as is the bird which is the 2 step bird punch.

To keep in with the pink theme I've filled it with some left over pink easter eggs.

The new mini catalogue is live!!

The new mini went live yesterday so if you would like to order yourself a copy please email me here. I've used one of my favourite products from the mini on the card above... the new 2 step bird punch. Its gorgeous, as is the new sweet pea paper pad and the my sweet pea stamp set! i've used the big shot to create a swing card and decorated with all of the above. The cardstock is taken with teal and pumpkin pie.

this is Lauren's new gift box template. I've used more of the sweet pea papers along with images from my sweet pea and the sentiment is from the new something sweet stamp set (more to come on that soon!) The cardstock is pretty in pink and chocolate chip.

Mothers day tulips

These were my mothers day cards. I spotted the tulip idea here.
I used the wing (3 for each flower) from the 2 step bird punch and the branch to create the stem. The design paper is from the new Sweet pea pad. (and its gorgeous!)
Right I'm off, had a very busy class this afternoon!

Sneak peek

MMMMM... yum yum just lookie lookie at this cute birdie, gorgeous papers and stamps! I couldn't wait to get my sticky little mitts on these..............
(and you will be able to from the 1st April when the new mini goes live!!!!)
The birdie is a super new punch and she is punched out from the new sweet pea designer papers which go together with the my sweet pea stamp set.
This card and gift box were made for my friends birthday earlier in the week.
I put some scrummy smelling raspberry and mallow bath bombs inside which smelt divine.
Anyways been a busy week, I have just finished instructions for my card class tomorrow while watching sport relief (isn't Smithy great!)
