Finally we have beautiful sunshine

We have just enjoyed a glorious weekend in the sunshine!
I have had the camera out and in manual(!!) I've stopped taking some of my immunosuppressants that used to make me a bit shaky, so I found using manuel very hard :)
I'm very pleased with how these photos have turned out, I have just been using my 50mm 1.8 lens on all these pictures.

Here's my lovely Bella enjoying the sunshine in the garden.

These are my daffs that my bestie bought round earlier in the week. We both thought they were a bit worse for wear but they blossomed into these little beauties and they smell divine too.

Today is Mum's birthday (happy birthday mum) and whilst Dad made some rather tasty meatballs his presentation wasn't the best so I decided to photograph the pudding! This is one of Mums very delicious strawberry pavlovas and super yummy too.

I'm going to finish up today with this pretty picture of Dads tulips. There are many in the garden and I think today I have taken photos of most of them but this one was one of my favourites.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend, a spot of crochet now for me till bedtime to wind down ready for going back to work tomorrow to enjoy our mayday parade. I hope we have sunshine like today!

On the hoook

Working on a bit of a rug for the kitchen.
I happened upon a post on facebook here and then had a little search round the tinterweb and found that you can get the yarn Hoooked zpagetti here at Purple Linda's!
So excitment overtook me and i ordered some straight away :)
The doily pattern I'm using is from ravelry and is called 21st century doily, but you could use any pretty doily pattern.
It's not finished yet, I've used 2 spools I think I need one more to complete the edging...(it's on order!)
Bella is modelling the size , its quite big and I'll measure it when it's finished.
Look out for the ta da!

Playing hookie

Hello folks!I've been busy with my crochet needle these past few months. I'm not sure where the time goes. Here's a picture of my Bella with my wip of the moment, a ripple blanket. It's getting big enough now for her to snuggle in as I'm crocheting :)
Anyway as its December 1st I'm going to start my December daily project and hopefully(!) will manage to post everyday.....we'll see. I have my story for today in mind but it won't happen till later so I'll post tomorrow.

Puppy dog

Not sure where all the time is disappearing to at the moment.... and worse still my lovely husband keeps pinching my craft room!!! i think because I've tidied it up and made some space (for me!) he thinks its his again.
I made this last week, one afternoon before picking up the kids. Its my Bella when she was a puppy. I think it was the first night we had her at our house. She's so cute :)

I've used a few bits out of the Make and Create February true love kit- lace, pins, heart banner and the lacey flower.
I've put some journaling lines on and I'll pop that on later.
Thanks for stopping by xx

Bella layout

Ooer Mrs some more scrapping!! This is another layout using Kirsy's sketch from her Wednesday night online crop in which she does a live stream on U stream. I love to watch how she pulls a layout together so effortlessy, she is one fab lady :) (Oh and Ellie picked my name out for a prize too last night thank you! )
I managed after some prodding and shaking to get my ink cartridge printing all colours so I printed out these cutie pics of Bella, isn't she beautiful :) On the photo on the right she had just pulled lots of stuffing out my settee cushion.....she's a baddie too! I thought the middle photo was a good" butter doesn't melt" picture.
I have some more cards to add tomorrow x

How cold!

A little scallop envelope treat boxe and a card holder for you to look at today :)
The scallop envelope is another svg template from Dan 99.
Been browsing some fab blogs this week and have seen these made on Patti Lee' s blog using the big shot die.
She has some super projects with tutorials for you to follow! What a fab lady:) Thank you.
On both projects I have used the Love you much stamp set and on the box of cards I've used the kaleidoscope dsp.

Its been so cold here today and snowing all day I've had extra jumpers on! This is my little Bella enjoying the snow this morning she and Holly had great fun jumping around in it.
Back to work tomorrow Jamie still not better but safe enough now to go to my mums. Oh got to get up sooo early ... and drive on all that ice :(

Meet Bella

Meet Bella. She is rather gorgeous isn't she. She is one of my sister's puppies..... Well now she is ours! Paul brought her home tonight at teatime. After a play with the children she fell asleep next to Paul on the settee.
Love this photo!!
Playing with Laura earlier on. I have just given her some supper and now she is wide awake and chewing everything! (My slipper, my ankle and my fingers and not forgetting the bottom of the settee!)
I think I'm in for a busy night!
