This card is for my Mum and Dad who celebrate their 41st wedding anniversary today! It doesn't seem that long since we had their party last year...time is flying.
The card template is from Lauren Meader HERE and I cut it out on my cricut. The papers are new ones from My minds eye- Stella and rose (Aren't they just gorgeous!) And the stamp is a digital one from the stamp fairy called Lenny and Linda in love.
Here's a closer look at the image. I've coloured with promarkers and added a bit of depth with a brown polychromo.
Mum , Dad have a lovely day... big hugs xxx

Messy desk
How very messy! This was the scene on my craft desk yesterday as I was on the race against time to finish up my teacher gifts. I made 6 candle gift cards and I used a Lauren Meader for Papertrey ink template (I think its called its on the house) for Jamies teacher.
This is the finished front of the card using a Christmas magnolia stamp. I used a tutorial , I think it was from the whiff of joy inspiration blog, but I forgot to write it down.
Here's 3 of them wrapped in bags and tired with ribbon and a button. These were for the wonderful ladies at breakfast club.
And finally this is Laurens template filled with goodies for Jamie's teacher. Think thats it for now :)

Gift set for Mum
the tote is a Lauren Meader template and I've used pale plum and perfect plum cardstock. The stamp set is vintage vogue and I've used the very vintage wheel on the pale plum as a background. The bird , of course is the 2 step bird punch and I've added some gorgeous white satin ribbon to finish it off.

Pretty gift boxes
I used the scallop circle punch ( 4 in pretty in pink, 4 in regal rose) and inked as before addding the close to cocoa and then scrunching up the paper to add to the distressed look. I've added part of a 5 petal flower for the leaf.
My gifts inside are some shower gel, lotion and a face mask.
I really enjoyed making this gift box and loved adding the stitching.

This pretty little box below was for my friend. Its a Lauren Meader template called Under cover. I cut it on my cricut and put the little heart shaped window in it too.
Inside there are some little ladybug chocolates (minus one...)

Flight of the butterfly
Hi peeps! This is what we are making in my next class on Saturday. We are using Stampin' Up! Flight of the butterfly stamp set to stamp a card, a candle and Lauren's new shutterfly box template to make the gift box.
I had great fun with this set and it is one of my favourites as is the design paper which is bella bleu and goes beautifully with the kraft cardstock.
If your interested in participating in one of my classes email me at inkysmudges@sky.com for more information.

Oh just a quickie ;)
Hi folks! Wow! So busy! Its nearly here and I'm so not ready. I have however finished my table favors (you know how crafting comes before anything else ha ha!)I did these after reading about a technique on jo's blog (scrapbookparty) so thank you.
I have brayered the new bride speciality design papers with real red ink and then made these twist boxes (from Dawns stamping moments) I added a flower made using several scallop circle punches which I cut down the scallops to make petals and then held them together with a rhinestone brad.
I have put chocolate santas inside :)
These are some lunch bags I decorated for Ollie's teachers. I made chocote boxes using Lauren's forkeeps {sake} template.Tflx teas on the table! Lucky me.

Anyone for a cuppa?
I've made 2 as I wasn't happy with the first one (!) This one uses papers from the ski slope collection, choc chip and old olive c/s and Flight of the butterfly and Pocket silhouettes stamps.
I've used the lace edge border punch which I love! The ribbon around the lid is pretty in pink taffeta ribbon. I cut the slot for the teabags to come out with the word window punch and 3/4 " circle punch and a die cut for the base.
This one uses old olive, close to cocoa and real rust c/s and spiced cider dsp. I punched a circle for the cup sliced a bit off the top and adhered it upside down at the bottom. I made a handle with the oval and the word window punch. I matted onto old olive and close to cocoa after stamping the swirl from whimsical wings on it.

Some quick projects
Its super quick and easy to print and assemble and is so dinky and cute. I've stamped 3 of the circle circus stamps- another new stamp set up and coming in the new SU catologue. There are some ghirardelli milk chocolate squares inside which are just so yum!
(Of course I'm not eating them and by the way I lost another 2lb this week yay!!)
Cardstock is brocade blue with night of navy ink and ribbon.

A lovely day
All the kids had a great time and lots of giggles as they played dress up with the mounds of dressing up outfits my kids have in their wardrobes. I managed to catch Ollie as "Spiderman" and showing his muscles :) the others were a bit too shy.
This is the card I made for my sis and her hubby.
I used the baroque motifs stamp set. I love this swirl definately one of my faves.
I adore these papers (Bloom and grow, my minds eye)
The image is a hangler coloured with water colour wonders.
