Another Tiddly ink image that fell in my basket...but I really needed this one! Ollie is at a party (another one he has a better social life than me!) next week and the invite had pirates on it , so I thought Dread pirate Dylan and the treasure map was perfect!!!
I printed the map out larger for the background and again to go just behind him. Dylan is coloured with promarkers. I printed the sentiment out on my computer.
Running/ jogging/power walking is going well, I bought some hand weights today and they are great, although akward when trying to hold dog leads and when dogs run off to sniff other dogs then trip one over whilst barking madly at a bigger dog lol!!! I only hope there weren't too many other people watching ;)
I put my shuffle on today and it really helped to run just that little bit further. Going to go straight after work tomorrow ...without the dogs and see how I get on its a bit of a longer route.
Thanks for visiting!

Dr Love Boto
Another Tiddly Ink image that fell into my shopping basket :) I love the robots Christy creates and so does my little one he loves to colour them in. I coloured him in with my promarkers and added him to this side step card. Papers are from my stash and I can't remember what they're called. I stamped the hearts with swirl stamps from autumn leaves and I didn't have all the right letters left for the sentiment...so I hope you can tell what it says lol!
I also added him to this Lauren Meader (for papertrey ink) tucked away box that I've had printed out for ages , I think I'll fill it with some nice choccys for Ollie.

Count your rainbows...
At Tiddly inks this week the challenge is to use a quote. I decided to use the kid quotes from inkadinkado. I found this super image called Donna which I coloured with promarkers and added rainbow papers a cloud and sun and little drop of crystal effects to look like rain.
Had a lovely afternoon scrapping yesterday, a real change from housework :) will post my layout later.

Treat bags double
Well I've been super lazy this week and not been in the craft room much. I'm working on making some treat bags for my little halloween party next week. I made these from a 12 x 12 patterned paper and added a topper to the front. The image is Higglety from Tiddly inks and she is coloured with promarkers, the background is stamped using WMS and then I've added a bag closure to the top which is punched using the drippy goo Martha punch.
I think I'm going to fill them with halloween marshmallows :) I'm entering this into this weeks Tiddly inks challenge for treat bags.
I've got 5 to make, heres another one using witchy Daisy from squiggle stamps, same papers and colours and I'm entering this into the Squiggle stamps challenge which is all things autumn.

Halloween treats
I have some Halloween treats to share with you today. I've made some twist top boxes and decorated them with some Tiddly ink images for their challenge this week which is anything halloween.
These boxes are really quick to put together and there is a tutorial here.
My tiddly ink digis are the freebie pumpkin (from the halloween blog hop in July) ,Franko Boto and Betty Belfrey. They are all coloured with promarkers. The sentiments and star stamp is from Waltzing mouse.
I'm also going to enter my boxes into the Passion for promarkers challenge wich is the colour combo of orange, green , black and purple.

This week has been a strange one! Everyone has been getting over jet lag and I think I came out in sympathy with them, Ive felt so tired! Anyway I've managed to put together this little atc card for the Tiddly Ink challenge, I'm on a halloween drive now so be prepared... I've used the candy avengers image and given her some googly eyes to add to her disguise! The sentiment is waltzing mouse, I can t remember the papers (sorry) but I will look them up for next time as I've bought a few in this range. Cardstock is SU.
Just a short one today as I have some tidying up... it was the wedding reception over here last night and after us all getting ready the house looks like the honey monster has visited :) Have a lovely day we have sunshine here tfl x

TI challenge
Well I was hoping to post everyday with a new project while Paul was away but I have to say I haven't had much time for crafting as I 've been out or doing domestic chores lol!
Anyway today I finished my Tiddly Ink challenge card which was to use diamond glaze or crackle accents.
I've used diamond glaze on the witches hat and on the bats.
I've coloured my images with promarkers and attached the bats from behind with acetate strips so they dangle over.
I'm trying to watch a film at the same time as blogging so apologies for the short post :)
Thanks for stopping by xx

Tiddly ink sketch challenge
This is my Tiddly ink card this week for their sketch challenge. I chose to colour the tree hugger image that I've had printed off for a while now and I used my promarkers to make a dotty autumnal apple tree. I'm so loving these papers they are Imaginisce apple cider papers as is the apple basket stamp. I've made it into a thank you card, as we have so much to be thankful for :)
I'm still getting both these pesky dogs on my knee, they get so excited and can t just sit quite close enough... :) I think Holly my lab is feeling a little put out, she is sulking in her bed today.
Anyways still got some ironing to finish and wanted to have a go with that new wool I bought on Saturday..... I need to hunt for some knitting needles ....

A fairy nice sketch
Phew! Back to work today and it proved to be a busy one :) I haven't stopped all day.
This card is for the Friday Sketchers challenge blog and follows the current sketch which is a real goody. I used Tiddly ink images Fairy Fae dreams and the fairy house. I've coloured with promarkers and added liquid pearls on top of the toadstool. I've used October afternoons fly a kite papers and inked and distressed them all. Laura has been sifting through some of my old craft stuff and found this little leaf punch and I've scattered them about. The sentiment is from craftwork cards.
Its my sisters wedding anniversary today.... Happy Anniversary chic :) I'll post my card I made her tomorrow.
TTFN up early again tomorrow.

And so the end of summer....
And this weeks Tiddly ink challenge. The end of summer means many things to me.... going back to school, looking forward to the the colours of autumn appearing and the statutes nip in the air (the statutes is a big fair that arrives near us about mid September and as a child/ young adult we used to visit every year and this is just a saying for the weather getting colder) Ahh and then theres conkers, leaves falling off the trees and scuttling animals everywhere getting ready for their big sleeps. Which brings me to this card and my choice of image its called Heggiehug and is coloured with promarkers. I've used MME bloom and grow papers with a simple layout and a button from my stash for the embellie.
I love autumn definately my favourite season.
TTFN xx

Soon be back to school
Well its not long now and our holidays will be over :( I love bimbling about at home but it will be good to get back to some normality and routine. I picked up a new school diary yesterday and although it was rather nicely decorated I knew I wanted to add one of Christy's new school images to it ;) She is called stand out in the crowd and I think she will be perfect for my (little) big girl (shes not far off a teen now!)
She is coloured with promarkers and I've used some new digital card from craftwork cards, I love how white it is and it blended well. The swirl stamps are autumn leaves I've had them ages and forgotten about them...they have been well used in the past lol!
I am entering this project into the Tiddly challenge which is Time to gear up for school.

Charlie...
and the chocolate factory.....one of my favourite films (the one with Johnny Depp :) and thats the challenge at Tiddly Inks this week. Now I know strictly speaking thhat its the madhatter image but I just thought having Johnny Depp as the connection that it would work....I've also used a Meljens image (the candy canes) and the challenge there was to use the same image twice and this one was just perfect! I loved all the colouring on this card, the images I've used are from Tiddly Inks are: Madhatter, you rock and home sweet home. From Meljens candy land dreams and Queue up from SU. The sentiment is kid quotes from Inkadinkado.
Been to cinema today to see Toy story 3 really liked it although half way through Ollie asked to swap 3D glasses as he said he couldn't see... and yep he was right! I spent the rest of the film looking through smeared glasses!!! huh!

Fishy wishes
I have had this image of Pearl the mermaid coloured for a while so as I got my brain cogs working I thought about these diorama cards I've reduced 2 more of the images in size and coloured them with promarkers and then covered them with stickles.
For the diorama card I cut 2 pieces of cardstock at 8.5 x 5.5,and scored at 2" on each end I then cut another piece of card at 6.5 x 5.5 and scored 1" at each side. I then ran it through the big shot with a circle nestie (1 at each side and then 1 in the middle) Then the smaller piece of card fits inside the bigger 2 pieces.
I have decorated the card with the something fishy jumbo wheel from SU and added some "bubbles" with crystal effects and 3d some more fish and the added the 3 mermaids on to the card. The sentiment is computer generated.

The swirl is from one of my winter stamp sets and the card is black and melon mambo SU I've stamped the side panel with the spots from waltzing mouse offbeat backgrounds, and added a Martha. Theres lots of bling on there and some platinum stickles! (I had fun lol!)
